This policy explains what information BookMeDMV collects and how it is used.

- Account details: name, email address, phone number and default ZIP code.
- Request details: appointment type, preferred days, date range and location.
- Messages and feedback you send us.
- Usage data: the pages you visit and how long you stay, the site or link that brought you here (including campaign tags such as
utm_source), your IP address and the approximate location derived from it, and your device, browser and screen size.
Cookies and analytics
We use first-party cookies to keep you signed in and to recognise returning visitors (_vid, kept for about 13 months, and _vsid, which expires after 30 minutes of inactivity). This usage data is stored on our own servers, is used only to understand how people find and use BookMeDMV, and is never sold. If we enable Google Analytics, Google also receives page-view data under its own privacy policy.
How we use it
Only to provide the booking service, communicate about your requests and improve the service. We never sell your data.
Payments
Payments are made with Zelle through your own bank. We never see or store your bank or card details.
Your choices
You can update your profile at any time from your dashboard, or contact us to delete your account.
